Delivery Options and Details

For customer protection, all orders are subject for review & analysis (no exceptions), including credit card authorizations, credit card verifications, fraudulent activity check, IP address correlation check, etc. As a result, orders may be slightly delayed in the packing process. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include but are not limited to order processing, item selection, packaging, transpotion of order and items, return packaging, etc.

When an order results in a split shipment or scenario where multiple shipments to fulfill an order is needed, no additional charge will be processed against the customer. Only the initial shipping fee will apply for the single order amongst the multiple shipments if applicable.

Buessiness days are limited from Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, not including holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are subject to processing and shipment on the following (next) operational business day set by Paradise Valley Spas Inc. Our shipment carrier (Fedex, UPS, USPS) could delay the delivery of packages on the major holidays.

US Shipping

• Free Standard Shipping

Free Standard Shipping offer is valid on orders $100 or more placed online at hottubthings.com for US Standard Shipping. Sales tax and gift wrap are not included in total minimum purchase requirement calculation. Not valid on previous purchases. Not valid on Amazon or Ebay transactions. Offer is subject to cancellation or change without notice / at-will.

• U.S. Standard: $6.95. Delivery within 4-5 business days.

US Shipping (Alaska & Hawaii)

• Standard Shipping (weight based)

All orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping is based upon the overall weight of the package and its contents. Rates are competitive and will be the best offered from UPS, USPS, or Fedex.

US Shipping (US Armed Forces)

• Standard Shipping

Shipping to any US Armed Forces does not qualify for free shipping. Due to restrictions set by the US goverment, only carrier available is by USPS.

• U.S. Economy: $19.95. Delivery within 5-8 business days.

Speciality Collection Shipping

Specific categories of products are excluded from the standard shipping policies set forth for the continental US, territories, Hawaii & Alaska, & Armed Forces.

• Lifter Systems (based on overall weight of the item).

Gift Card Shipping

Gift cards are not physically shipped. Gift cards are issued in the format of an electronic merchandise store credit. There is no shipping & handling charge for gift cards.
