When items you need for your hot tub are on sale, then It’s time to buy. Hot Tub Things has periodic sales that if you keep a look-out for, you can save significant money. I like to get my spa chemicals here.

The filters were not received!

Don’t buy from hot tub and things. Used to buy all my supplies here. Last couple of orders took over a week to ship. I also did not get what I ordered a few times. Delay response from customer service. To frustrating to deal. Moving on.

I had ordered the wrong item. A few months later, I found my mistake. I called Clearview Fireplace and Patio and explained my mistake. They said “no problem” we have the correct part. They sent me the correct part with a prepaid return label and i just returned the part I had ordered by mistake.
I call that Exceptional Customer Service!!!

I ordered the wrong item. I notified customer service and they got right back with me and corrected my mistake. I have bought from Hot Tub Things for several years now and have always gotten great service and the best prices on the items I need.
