    Works great but itā€™s just baking soda. 100% sodium bicarbonate. Does the job but is a pricey at just over $1 per ounce. You can buy this for under .20 cents from grocery store

    Donā€™t buy from hot tub and things. Used to buy all my supplies here. Last couple of orders took over a week to ship. I also did not get what I ordered a few times. Delay response from customer service. To frustrating to deal. Moving on.

    I had ordered the wrong item. A few months later, I found my mistake. I called Clearview Fireplace and Patio and explained my mistake. They said ā€œno problemā€ we have the correct part. They sent me the correct part with a prepaid return label and i just returned the part I had ordered by mistake.
    I call that Exceptional Customer Service!!!
