    I am happy with the product but I do not think I will order again, the money for the product was taken from my account but no product arrived on expected date. Attempts to reach you by email and phone were not answered? It was scary- did you go out of business but keep the money? Very bad service.

    Don’t buy from hot tub and things. Used to buy all my supplies here. Last couple of orders took over a week to ship. I also did not get what I ordered a few times. Delay response from customer service. To frustrating to deal. Moving on.

    I had ordered the wrong item. A few months later, I found my mistake. I called Clearview Fireplace and Patio and explained my mistake. They said “no problem” we have the correct part. They sent me the correct part with a prepaid return label and i just returned the part I had ordered by mistake.
    I call that Exceptional Customer Service!!!
