SpaGuard® Rapid-Dissolve Alkalinity Increaser Tabs offer a fast, pre-measured way to raise total alkalinity without scooping or measuring granular powder. Each effervescent tablet dissolves quickly in the water, making dosing simple and consistent from one treatment to the next.

Use 2 tablets per 250 gallons to raise total alkalinity by approximately 30 ppm, working toward the recommended 80–120 ppm range for most spas. Stable alkalinity helps prevent pH bounce — the rapid swings in pH that happen when alkalinity is too low — and protects plumbing, heating elements, and the spa shell from the corrosion or scaling that comes with unstable water chemistry.
