Built around potassium peroxymonosulfate (approximately 25.7%), each tablet oxidizes the organic contaminants — body oils, lotions, sweat — that build up between sanitizer treatments, restoring water clarity without adding extra chlorine or bromine. Use 1 tablet per 300 gallons weekly for routine maintenance, or 1 tablet per 200 gallons twice weekly during heavy use. Because it doesn't rely on a chlorine or bromine reaction, this 1.25 lb container works as a weekly oxidizing supplement for both chlorine and bromine sanitizer systems. The buffered formula helps keep pH stable during treatment, and water is typically safe to re-enter after about 15 minutes — much faster than the wait after a chlorine-based shock.
