What is cyanuric acid?

This is an ingredient found in many chlorine products that help protect the chlorine from being burned off by the sun. Bullfrog’s Frog “Ease” System

Having used the Bullfrog “Frog Ease” system for several years running, I find the cartridges to be extremely expensive (on top of the initial cost of the spa) and wasteful. Each replacement necessitates adding one more useless plastic cartridge to the landfill. Refillable packets could certainly be devised that would be customer and eco-friendly. Easy to use, but hard on the wallet and environment in the long term.

Easy to use and I haven’t had any issues with the hot tub water. I thought I’d have to check my water regularly and adjust with chemicals. Instead with the FROG @ease I put the cartridge in and forget about it.

It worked great when we first starting the system but it definitely doesn’t work as good as it used to.
