Replace your dingy, bubbled, or faded Bullfrog headrest. Rejuvenate the look and feel of your hot tub. This genuine Bullfrog headrest replaces the one that came installed over the JetPak of your A-Series Bullfrog Spa. This headrest is model 60-01448. It fits only the Cascadia waterfall module on A-Series hot tubs made after 2020. This headrest does not fit other JetPak models. We also sell replacement pillows for standard JetPaks. Hot tub pillows are consumable parts. Exposed to sunshine, hot and cold temperature changes, and oils from hair and skin, hot tub pillows will eventually crack or fade. We recommend cleaning your pillows with our special Pillow & Cover Cleaner. Protect and preserve your pillows and other patio equipment by treating them with 303 Aerospace Protectant.
Great company, all of my replacement parts for my Jacuzzi 435 have been reasonably priced, and delivered quickly. When I miss counted and ordered too many replacement headrests, the online customer service reacted promptly by refunding my account and sending me the correct number. When items you need for your hot tub are on sale, then It’s time to buy. Hot Tub Things has periodic sales that if you keep a look-out for, you can save significant money. I like to get my spa chemicals here.
Don’t buy from hot tub and things. Used to buy all my supplies here. Last couple of orders took over a week to ship. I also did not get what I ordered a few times. Delay response from customer service. To frustrating to deal. Moving on.
I had ordered the wrong item. A few months later, I found my mistake. I called Clearview Fireplace and Patio and explained my mistake. They said “no problem” we have the correct part. They sent me the correct part with a prepaid return label and i just returned the part I had ordered by mistake.
I call that Exceptional Customer Service!!!
